By accessing or using TutorSpace (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TutorSpace is a free service that enables users to create/join classes, post and submit assignments, and manage content.
Some premium features may require payment.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
If using the Service on behalf of a student, parental consent may be required.
4. User Accounts
You must register to use TutorSpace. Keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Contact us immediately if your credentials are compromised.
5. Roles & Permissions
- Student: Can join classes and submit assignments.
- Tutor: Can create classes, post assignments, and manage student submissions.
- Admin: Platform administrator (not end-user).
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to roles beyond what you're permitted.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of your uploaded content (titles, descriptions, files). By posting content, you grant TutorSpace
a non-exclusive license to display and store it.
Your content must not:
- Infringe intellectual property rights.
- Contain harmful, defamatory, or prohibited material.
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
7. Acceptable Use
Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
- Uploading viruses or malicious code.
- Spamming or misuse of platform messaging.
- Harassing or demeaning other users.
- Attempting to bypass security controls.
8. Privacy
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store your data.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for security reasons, at our sole discretion.
10. No Warranty
TutorSpace is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or secure access.
You use the Service at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TutorSpace or its founders be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms occasionally. We’ll notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
